Great idea! I live in the town of Islip. I just purchased a new home this past summer and did a new front of the home makeover. I did 3 big gardening beds using pallets of stone and 10 yards of topsoil. Made my own mixture of compost and purchased a brand new tiller. The result came out great and I will try to post the pics if I can on this website. I just love everything about gardening and if I can help anyone, just ask and remember, don’t take gardening too serously because it’s such an enjoyement.

I hit some garge sales lately and came across a lot of gardening books. I snatched them quick and got them really cheap! Nothing else going on but shoveling all that snow we have been getting. I wish I had a tank underground to hold that snow. Happy Valentine’s Day to everyone!

Hello! I think this whole process is fantastic. I work for a chain green corporation, and in my store I am head of our green department.
Suprisingly we don’t utilize compost, which we have a decent amount of.
My question, Is there a way to get a pick up at our store maybe twice a month? Maybe even every week? Or would we need to bring it to the closest drop off farm.

Please let me know, I am interested in working with this program and we have a steady wealth of compost!
